    references.

    needed.

[ ] Prepare a brief and truthful explanation of your record and evidence
    of rehabilitation.

[ ] Confirm transportation, childcare, shift, and supervision requirements.

[ ] Read the FCRA disclosure and authorization before consenting to a
    background check.

[ ] Create a private folder for the job posting, application confirmation,
    background report, notices, and dispute documents.

[ ] Prepare a clear religious or disability accommodation request if needed.

[ ] Never pay a recruiter or promise WOTC for a 2026 employment start date.

[ ] Verify Live Better U eligibility only after you are hired and before
    enrolling.

PRIVACY REMINDER

Do not store Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, or copies of
identity documents in a shared checklist.
