I am looking for grants to help end childhood obesity using a vertical gardening system using compost to teach kids how to eat healthy in schools. They can learn to be self sustaining and bring that knowledge to the community and families to further spread the word.

I am a 59 year old disabled woman living in South Carolina. I have a rare disease that is autoimmune and attacks my entire body. I will never work again. I have extensive medical expenses. My disease has broken almost all my bottom teeth off at the gum line and I am not a candidate for dentures because my gums change too frequently. I have profound hearing loss also requiring Because of moisture all the hardwood floors have curved or bowed up (causing me to fall twice already). My husband is working again after retiring twice, trying to keep up with my needs. I have had to have 56 surgeries, I also had 4 strokes and 1 heart attack. I take 48 pills and 2 injections every day. My medication alone is costly enough. I don’t know which kind of Grant to apply for can you please help me in some way?

Hi.. I’m a single mom and I just moved from California to Missouri due to me losing my 8 year job that kept us more then ok. I went into a spiral depression and its been since April of 2016. There for we have been sleeping on the floor with limited little blankets and sheets, to motel room to even sleeping in the car.. I dont know how many It was so hard for me to get me right back up. So now were here in Branson and I have a job which is cool but NOW IN ORDER FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO WALK TO WORK EVERYDAY, MY BOYS STAYS WITH MY MOM AND ITS JUST REALLY HARD FOR ME BECAUSE IM USED TO HAVING MY BABIES WITH ME AT ALL TIMES AND NOW I SEE THEM ONLY ON MY DAYS OFF AND THERES TIMES I CANT BE ON THE PHONE WITH THWM OR ILL START GETTING REALLY EMOTIONAL.. I JUST NEVER KNEW MY LITTLE FAMILY CAN GO THROUGH A BAD TIME LIKE THIS.. MY BOYS ARE STARTING SCHOOL, I BARELY HAVE ANY MONEY FOR SCHOOL CLOTHES AND SUPPLIES, IN THE HILLS WALKING TO WORK AND AWAY FROM MY BABIES.. I JUST PRAY EVERY MORNING AND NIGHT THAT MY FAMILY COMES BACK SOON. EVEN IF I GOT A HOME.. I DONT HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO WORK AND TAKE MY BABIES TO SCHOOL.. I DO BELIEVE I CAN DO IT LIKE I HAVE ALWAYS DID BEFORE FOR ME AND MY BABIES, I CAN DO IT NOW BUT THIS TIME I JUST NEED A LITTLE BIT MORE HELP WITH A VEHICLE… THANKS
